COFFEE-MAKING MACHINE
Inspired by W.H. Robinson & Rube Goldberg's elaborate machines, and Niklas Roy's Instant Art Career,  I wanted to produce something that connects people together.

Cafes have become a place where people spend time with one another - therefore the coffee. The machine consists of analog devices, such as using a record player to grind coffee beans.
Some other ideas that were not developed further.
MONTH OF ANALOG LIVING
What if I went without digital devices for 1 week?
No email, only letters.
No Facebook/Whatsapp, only landlines.
No phone cameras, only disposable film cameras.

I will record my experience each day in a journal of some sort, creating and making something that expresses that day's observations and experiences, using only analog methods. I will also interview my friends about their experiences in having to contact me via traditional methods.
COPY + PASTE
Ctrl+C mundane, commonplace digital documents
Ctrl+V in traditional, analog printing methods.

A study in how different printing methods create different feelings.
THE INFINITE SCROLL
Playing on the gesture of never-ending scrolling on many social media platforms, viewers are invited to crank the sewing machine, which generates an embroidered illustration of social media feed on a 'never-ending' bolt of fabric.
